All of our products are individually custom printed, and hand made, once the customer has placed their order. For this reason refunds can only occur if there is defective printing on the product due to printing errors, or incorrect item being sent out.
We cannot offer refunds on change of mind for these types of products, or incorrect sizes being ordered by the customer.
Any issues with the printing quality must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving the product. All orders are sent with full tracking, which also shows us when customers have taken delivery of the ordered products.
NOTE:- We are not responsible for products being damaged, or delayed in transit by customs, or any Taxes, or Customs Duties which may be payable by the customer to your individual countries authorities. Please do not ask us to quote costs for these duties as different rules apply to different countries, please contact your countries authorities for the relevant information required.
Please send us an email with photos showing issues that may have occurred with your product, further enabling us to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
It is essential that you check the correct size has been ordered by referring to our size chart. The size chart is for the product size and not your body size.
When entering the address details please include the phone number, to ensure we can contact you should any issues arise.
Check the correct address has been included, to ensure they arrive at their destination in a timely manner. Incorrect addresses may result in parcels becoming lost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as some purchases may have to come directly to us. We will let you know where to send your item.
Once your return is received and inspected for detective printing, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome.
If you are approved, a new item will be sent out to you, or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at email@example.com and we will tell you where to send your item back to.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Please wait for us to let you know which address to return your purchase to, or address shown on return label in packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
